This policy explains what RS Detailing LLC (“we”) collects from visitors to this website, what we do with it, and the choices you have. What we collect

When you fill in a form on this site, we receive what you send: your name, phone number, email address, vehicle size and the service you want. The form also records how you found us, such as the ad or search term you clicked, so we know which of our ads work. We never collect payment details through this website.

When you call us, we receive your phone number and the time of the call. Calls may be recorded for quality, and you will hear a message saying so before the call connects.

How we use it

To call you back, quote and schedule your detail, and follow up on the job. Your details go to the customer-management system we use, so your request does not get lost. If you give us your phone number, we may text you about your quote or booking. Reply STOP to any text to stop them. We do not sell your information.

Cookies, Google Ads and call tracking

This site uses Google’s advertising tag. It sets cookies that let us measure which of our Google Ads lead to an enquiry (conversion tracking) and, where enabled, show our ads to people who visited this site before (remarketing). When you send the form, your email address and phone number are scrambled (hashed) in your browser and shared with Google to match the enquiry to the ad you clicked. Visitors who arrive from an ad may see a Google forwarding phone number, so Google can count calls from the ad. The call still comes straight to us.

Google’s use of this data is described at policies.google.com/privacy. You can opt out of personalised Google ads at adssettings.google.com, and block or delete cookies in your browser at any time. The site works without them.

Who we share it with

Google (advertising measurement and call tracking, as above), our website host, and our customer-management and phone provider, which receives form submissions, calls and texts on our behalf. Each uses the data only to provide its service to us. Beyond that, we share personal information only if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and customer records are kept for as long as we reasonably need them for quoting, our guarantee, tax and legal purposes, then deleted.

Your choices

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email contact@rsdetailing.com and we will act on it. You can opt out of follow-up calls or texts by telling us in any message or call.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new date.
